Among Consumers who Used Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Medical Services

  1. 55% cited convenience of use.
  2. 36% said their main health care provider did not know they used the service.
  3. 62% received a prescription.
  4. 36% of those who received a prescription said their regular provider does not know about the prescription.
  5. 12% used DTC service for mental health reasons.
  6. 9% used it for skin care.
  7. 6% used it for weight management.
  8. 5% used it for hair loss or pain management.
