Delta Dental of Illinois (DDIL) invites seasoned, culturally, and financially astute candidates to explore becoming the next President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Headquartered in the Western suburbs of Chicago, DDIL is a nonprofit recognized for its network strength, community benefit, and commitment to making dental coverage accessible. This role is a highly visible position both regionally and nationally, with a platform to significantly influence the future of oral health and dental health plans. The new leader will have the opportunity to impact the organization and dental care in Illinois significantly. The next CEO will influence all aspects of the organization, including strategy, operations, marketing, financial management, and policy, navigating the changing healthcare landscape with innovative ideas regarding partnerships and outreach within and potentially beyond the dental industry.
