$541 million vs. their benchmarks, but CMS paid out more than that—$613
million—in shared savings. In two-sided models, CMS fared better: ACOs
saved $220 million vs. their benchmarks, and CMS only paid out $153
million in net shared savings."

Health Services has successfully transformed their care delivery
system to achieve outstanding results. Under the ACO model,
Winona achieved over 90 percent in most quality measures
including Fall Risk Screening and Pneumonia Vaccination Rates.
