"AMGA was very pleased to see CMS take the necessary steps to simplify
some of the administrative components for data sharing in the MSSP
program. The proposed, more streamlined approach will provide greater
access to beneficiary data with less administrative burden on ACOs. We
are also pleased to see that CMS has proposed extending various payment
waivers to ACOs but feel that it should fully maximize the impact of
this proposal by extending these waivers to all ACOs. All Medicare
beneficiaries should be able to receive the benefits of the design
changes that would result from these waivers, no matter which
participation track their ACO elects." - Donald W. Fisher, PhD, CAE, President and Chief Executive Officer, American Medical Group Association |

providers (85.2%) and considerably more than purchasers at 66.7%. |
