According to the 2021 Health Care Insights Study by CVS Health:
• Routine care from PCPs has dropped from 62% in 2020 to 56% this year.
• Use of online resources grew to 19% from 2020’s 12%, though.
• Use of community health centers grew from 15% to 19%.
• Use of local pharmacies rose from 11% in 2020 to 17% now.
