How cutting off subsidy payments to insurance companies would affect Obamacare Establishment of Disincentives for Health Care Providers That Have Committed Information Blocking

On June 24, 2024, HHS released a final rule establishing a set of disincentives in CMS programs for certain health care providers that have been found to have committed information blocking by the HHS Office of Inspector General (OIG). Some provisions of the rule apply specifically to ACOs.
