LexisNexis Risk Solutions reports results of a survey in which 46% of respondents identified “the lack of a single department or role responsible for provider data governance” as the major challenge facing their organizations. Lack of resources to support proper data governance was the second-biggest challenge organizations face, cited by 44% of respondents.
