1. Delays in procedures and tests have resulted in poor outcomes: 64%
2. Longer length of stay: 59%
3. Increase in patients transferred or delivered to other facilities: 50%
4. Increase in complications from medical procedures: 48%
5. Increase in mortality rate: 24%
6. None of the above: 21%
