According to data from ACASignups.net sign-ups on the 12 exchanges operated by states and the District of Columbia will increase by at least 2% compared with last year. However the federal HealthCare.gov marketplace, had about 4% fewer sign-ups, as of the close of open enrollment Jan. 31.
