According to a recent survey conducted by Fidelity Health Marketplace. 81% of employers are concerned about the high cost of benefits. 58% of employers have several other concerns as well, chief among them the competitiveness of their benefits package compared to other employers. 80% believe that a comprehensive benefits package is a key consideration for workers when they consider job opportunities – especially by those under age 30. 45% of employers were also concerned about understanding regulatory and compliance requirements.
