Survey: Less Than a Third of Patient-Centered Medical Home Practices Engage Patients in Quality Improvement

A recent survey of 112 patient-centered medical home practices in 22 states found that just 29% involved patients and families as advisers and sought feedback through surveys, and 32% involved patients in a continuing role in quality improvement.
