	“The MACRA legislation is very specific about who can enter into the Alternative Payment Model track and who will default into the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System. The important thing to know is that there is limited availability of APMs. Starting in 2019, most physicians will be in the MIPS track until more APMs become available.
