“There should be no billing incentives for being a patient-centered medical home without proof of actual benefit to patients. The PCMH should be evaluated on the overall wellness of its constituents and the implementation of a comprehensive approach to health. America has profited tremendously from ‘sickness’ and it’s time for that to change.”
