Readiness of Primary Care Practices for Medical Home Certification
According to a recent analysis of 2007 and 2008
survey data, on average, pediatric practices met 38% and family/general
practices met 36% of the medical home standards set by the National
Committee on Quality Assurance, which could be measured by the survey.
