PCPCC Webinar-Telehealth in Primary Care: Increasing Access and Integrating Care

Healthcare's global shift requires the development of meaningful tools available "anytime and anywhere." This shift is occurring with the expectation that personal and community health is improved when individuals and providers have access to integrated data, tools that bring insights and support action, all in the palm of your hand.  The PCPCC, in partnership with HIMSS and URAC, was pleased to host this webinar that explored the impact of connected health technology on the daily workflow of healthcare providers and highlighted how HIMSS and URAC are addressing issues associated with the broadening definition of telehealth.
