I suspect it will be the future of healthcare in terms of a (hub) for the data, a tech-savvy place where all this information can be brought together in a way that makes sense. At the same time, there is still the issue of data coming into different places and coming together, and being able to do so in a scalable way. 	"There were 5,059 Ontario primary care physicians (41 percent) who did not practice in a medical home in 2011. Physicians practicing comprehensive fee-for-service (10 percent) and non-comprehensive fee-for-service (31 percent) were more likely to be international medical graduates and be either younger than 40 years or aged 65 years and older compared with physicians practicing in a medical home."
