Almost Half of American Women Went Without Preventive Care Services in Last Year 

1. 22% skipped preventive health services, such as a yearly check-up or routine test
2. 14% skipped a recommended medical test or treatment
3. 22% did not get a vaccine recommended by a health care professional
4. 12% couldn't get an appointment with a primary care physician
5. 6% couldn't get an appointment with an OBGYN
6. 4% couldn't get an appointment for a health screening/diagnostic test
7. 45% experienced any of the above
