2. Annual unadjusted rates of accessing specialist care: 61.0% of homebound seniors versus 74.9% of non-homebound seniors
3. Annual rates of emergency department use: 54.0% of homebound seniors versus 32.6% of non-homebound seniors
4. Annual rates of hospitalization: 39.8% of homebound seniors versus 19.8% of non-homebound seniors
