"Most of our clients are looking at the results of the predictive models to see how they are being used to identify and stratify members of their workforce for engagement and participation in the programs. One of the areas that is the hardest to monitor is the change in the predictive model's score for the individual over time. This information is refreshed with the data and the historical score is no longer available. This makes it more difficult to evaluate the efficacy of the program and the changes in the risk of the individual undergoing coaching over a longer period of time. ” Russell D. Robbins MD MBA, Principal & Senior Clinical Consultant, Mercer |
