Analytics across the healthcare ecosystem

Healther Fraser (Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Lead at the IBM Institute for Business Value) discusses results from a recent global study by IBM. While almost two-thirds of organizations across the healthcare ecosystem have analytics strategies in place, the research shows that only one fifth are driving analytics adoption across the enterprise. The key barriers are a lack of data management capabilities and skilled analysts, as well as poor organizational change management.
