Activity Progression Protocol: Reducing Readmissions & Length of Stay Improves Transition to Home 

Miami Valley Hospital via Youtube: A nurse-driven Activity Progression Protocol developed at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton lowers length of stay and readmission rates while facilitating patient transition to home. The protocol uses oxygen titration during exertion, a dyspnea scale, wheeled walkers with seats, and four progressive activity levels.
