  Researchers at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California interviewed patients who’d had video visits with a primary care providers. Patients scheduled video visits for several key reasons:
• 87% found it “more convenient"
• 82% “liked that they could have the visit with their regular provider”
• 70% were not sure if they needed to see a doctor in person.
