2. Small group employer: 62% prefer value-based care; 21% prefer fee-for-service; 17% don't know/not sure
3. Large group employer: 74% prefer value-based care; 19% prefer fee-for-service; 8% don't know/not sure
4. Consumer (national sample): 61% prefer value-based care; 17% prefer fee-for-service; 22% don't know/not sure.
