LDIvideo via YouTube: A seminar at the University of Pennsylvania's Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics (LDI) explores the degree to which value-based care and payment systems have been integrated into the 15,000 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) across the country. A panel of three experts details the many challenges facing the network of centers that service more than thirty million low-income uninsured or underinsured patients. They note how multiple challenges and incompatibilities are hampering a faster conversion to value-based practices in FQHCs.
